I am about to start taking it again after a little break and I am planning a whole lifestyle overhaul to match.
Gave up the booze (mostly
) on the first round, tried to look after myself a bit better, etc, but I need some diet/lifestyle tips for my good self and Mr Wahwahs this time around because it needs to work!!!
Also, I think I need a bit of 'control' as I am dreading going back on it and am afraid that if it doesn't work this time, I won't be able to do it again. So an overhaul would be a nice distraction!
Anything you would recommend? My list so far is thus:
- Give up booze again.
May need some help here.
