Does dh having only one testicle affect our fertility?

My dh has only one real testicle due to something that happened when he was a kid. We are ttc. Does anyone know if this will directly affect our chances?

I was told that it shouldn't make any difference as long as the one he has is functioning ok (presumably you would know if he wasn't producing testosterone?!). My ds1 was only born with one - apparently they think it twisted off whilst I was pregnant as the blood supply is there but no ball. The surgeon who operated on my son said he had just done a vasectomy for a guy who lost one in a bike accident and now had 3 kids!

Thank you so much. I feel a lot better now and I know dh will too Think he was a bit worried that if things don't happen for us it would be his fault.
