As some of you will know, I had a miscarriage early July time. Anyway since then I had a long 52 cycle, then a 30/31 and now I am having some weird bleeding. Last week I had a tiny tiny bit of spotting one evening and then nothing at all the following day. All weekend I have had some spotting (mostly brown and not very much at all) and usually (well since the mc) I have had 2 days of spotting which has got progressively heavier and then a full on period. This time I have now had 5 days of a little spotting but as yet no period as such. I am now at 30/31 days again. I can't say I feel particularly pregnant (but I never did really with ds but did with mc one). I'm not sure I feel like wasting a test but at the same time I've never had this strange spotting. I do think that I bd at the right time though as did a few days of temping around that time and got a higher temp. I know you will say do a test but I'm just not sure I can face it yet. Please share any experiences with me. Thanks.

Oh bluestar, I have no experience of miscarriage, but this does sound a tiny bit like you may be pg.
It's not a 'waste' of a test if it means you know one way or the other for now.

I'm sure there will be loads of words of comfort flooding in soon.

whispers... do a test soon though

Lots of luck Bluestar! Hope you are!!!!xxx

Bluestar, any results.

If your not pregnant, and fingers crossed that you are, the one thing it could be is a symtom of polycycstic ovaries. They can cause spotting mid cycle - which can be in the middle of a 50/60 day cycle giving you 30 day spotting.

Fingers crossed and let us know. I know how much you want to be pregnant, having suffered a m/c after 8 months of trying.

never had a mc, and never spotted. But thinking of you and hoping all is well- also whispering - do a test soon . . .

Thanks for responding. As last time I mc at nearly 5 weeks I am reluctant to test too soon and would rather have a period than a mc if this makes sense. Guess I am a bit scared of finding out I could be pregnant so early. I think I will wait a few days and see if AF starts and if it doesn't, will test. So, as they say, watch this space!

Bluestar - this happened to me. After a few days of spotting I noticed my boobs were very sore so I did a test. It turned out I was pregnant although I did go on to miscarry (at 11 weeks). Hope it works out for you - keeping my fingers crossed.

Sadly AF arrived today but I guess deep down I knew it would. I think if I had been pg, I would have worried about all the peculiar spotting over 5 days. The good thing is that cycle seems to be getting shorter which means its not long until we can try again. I think I may get an ov test as I think I am ov out of the 'window' as this month my temp rose quite early. Still if we can manage it this month, I will be able to find out on Christmas Eve, worth extra bding for a nice present this year anyway!!

Bummer bluestar. hugs{{{}}} Here's to next month. At least there will be drinking and merriment to 'aid' the amount of bomking you'll get. Good luck for next cycle. It does come round quick, when you are shorter - one advantage! Have you tied OPK's, I know you temp too, but it's too late isn't it when you get a rise.
xxx
