Could I still get a BFP?

Af is regular as clockwork, but I'm a day late (I know only a day) obviously tested and got a bfn :( but if that's the case where is AF?? Has anyone else tested a day after AF is due but then gone on to get a BFP? I'm 17 dpo so I'm thinking if I was pregnant it would be showing by now? X

oh yes, you could still get bfp! I am now 9 weeks preggers and despite the fact that with dc1 I tested bfp on first day of missed period - this time around it took 3 days before I got a faint line! I too can practically set my watch by my periods. So you are not out of the game yet. Good Luck!!!

I was really irritated too, as the test I used for a one day late test was the last one I had, so I had to go shopping 'specially to get another which in my head I shouldn't have needed. haha! little things eh!! Didn't mind when it was bfp tho

It could have been a chemical pregnancy. It's quite common for late periods to be caused by a chemical pregnancy. When I've had them, I tend to test positive from about 4 days before my period due on very sensitive tests, but then the tests turn negative just before my period comes, which can be after its due. Just a thought.

Or, the obvious possibility that you ovulated late. If you are actually 17dpo, then a viable pregnancy would be showing very positive by now, but if you ovulated later, then you may be less dpo than you think? Good luck.

I'm currently two days late tested negative but no sign of af at all, periods have varied from 35 - 46 days in the past and the last 3 have been 33 days, now day 35 ttc%231 second cycle x

That's ttc number 1!
