Chances of concieving??? :)...

So last night i 'done the deed' :D and today have got a positive ovulation test! what are my chances?? :)

Fairly good, sperm live a few days and you are likely to ovulate tonight or tomorrow. To improve your chances have sex again tonight. Then your chance for this month will be about 20-25% on average (depends on your age and various other fertility issues) which is as good as it gets.

Im young and no fertility problems had an ultrasound a week ago too check ovaries etc. thankyou for reply :D xx

If you are healthy, under 35 and have no fertility issues you have around a 25% chance of conceiving with each cycle. This is presuming you're SWI throughout the cycle.

DTD again tonight to maximise your chances.

Haha, hilerious! well ive certanly been SWI, had the 'ovulation signs' for a few days, increase slippy discharge etc(tmi) haha. then a positive ovulation test. think i actualy ovulated last night or today. SWI 3 times this week. So we will see. :D x x
