IVF with Prednisolone

Hey ladies, there are a few of us about to start ivf who are on prednisolone for high nk killer cells. Would love to hear from anybody who may already have had a previous cycle or are currently undergoing/about to start treatment. Were you successful or not? Did you have clexane injections?

Great you found me Duggs :). What day are you actually starting your drugs, have only done the long protocol so not sure exactly how the short one works. I have my scan next Friday to check for a dominant follicle for my natural ferc cycle.

Hello, mind if i join you? I'm about to have my second round of donor egg ivf using one of my frosties. I was put on prednisolone and apirin (plus a tonne of other ivf meds) for round one. Got the BFP then mc at 6ish weeks. I've read so much about NK cells and have been umming and arring about whether to do full immunes testing this time, but my consultant thinks i should try another round on pred/aspirin which i am happy with. I've had my thyroid tested (its normal) and i'm just waiting for blood clotting results to come back (if needed we'll swap the aspirin for clexane). I'm just about to start treatment and am probably looking at FET for mid may. where are you guys?

Hi Pocket so sorry not to reply to you sooner!! As nobody joined on our chat I stopped checking. I am currently lying around at home after having two embies put back yesterday.

What stage are you currently at, have you had embryo transfer yet or due to have it soon?
