Soooo, thought AF starting on sat, so duly pressed my m button sun morn to start new month, but AF not really appeared (spotting brown and a bit of red). This does happen with my period every now and then, so probs not implantation bleed.
So probs should not have pressed the m button should I? Do you wait for full flow before pressing? Still light AF now.....so when do I start new month?
Thanks for any advice in advance

It depends on you, really - if you have periods where the whole of AF is just light flow, then you need to have pressed "M", but if you expect it to get heavier in a day or two you can just reset it to "M" on your heavy day - so just wait and see, really?

Thanks. Usually get to full flow eventually! So can I just press the m button again then without messing up the monitor? Cheers

Yes I think so - I never needed it after my first cycle but maybe someone with more experience will be along to confirm that :)

You can press the m button again as long as its not got up to day 5 I think!

Just for info (in case anyone ever in same situation), I pressed the m button again this morn (day 4) and it reset back to day 32 (as if I had not pressed m button four days ago at day 28) Had to then press again to make to day 1 again. Phew!
