Mumsnetters are a font of all knowledge and I have been trawling through the internet trying to find out more information My story is long and very sad in parts so here's the shortened version.
I am a single mum of a 10 year old boy. I am in my mid forties and I have tried so so so hard to give up the idea of ever being a mum to another child.
But....my maternal instinct is still raging, stronger than ever. I have had 2 miscarriages and my ex husband had a baby with his new partner 6 months ago.
The unfairness of life threatens to unhinge me at times. I am financially stable and I know I could do it alone. Has anybody had any experience of this ?
