Lh surge question

Sorry but these opk sticks drive me mad. I got a smiley face at 6 pm last night bit couldn't dtd as do away. He's back tonight - is this now too late? I am charting and my temp hasn't gone up yet so hoping there's still a window?? Am stressing as I had ewcm yesterday and less so today. Please advise

It is not too late. Ovulation will occur between 24 and 36 hours after the surge (usually) and the egg lasts for up to 24 hours after that. If you DTD tonight you are likely to still be in the window.

Ok thank you am driving myself mad today and got upset that ewcm seems to have disappeared over night and thought that might mean game over for this month. Thank you
