Can I collect and leave it to test or should you test with it straight away? Thanks

You can leave it for a couple of hours. If you leave it too long it might be a problem. However I would not have the patience!

If it's for the clearblue fertility monitor and not testing for pregnancy, then yes you definitely can collect it and leave it for a while if you wake up desperate and it isn't your testing window yet. I'd use a proper specimen container with a lid on though rather than just a cup.
