liandme - assuming you're meaning that you want blank charts to plot your own temp on, why not use fertilityfriend.com - it's free and works out your ov for you based on the temps you enter.

I managed to conceive in 7 months using this after taking 3.5yrs the first time (which ended in m/c).

Best of luck - never give up I say!

Clare

Have a look at fertility friend; they have charts on there you can use. If you do chart you can use an ordinary clinical thermometer from a chemist.

Bear in mind though the hospital may not ask to see or want your temperature charts as they can be unreliable in terms of predicting ovulation.

More importantly at 2 years plus ttc you're well beyond the stage of temp charting. Both of you should be tested by the clinic at the same time for problems; it may well be a male factor problem preventing conception.

Hi Clare

The day 21 is a standard blood test done to check your prgesterone level. This would give a more accurate picture than temp charting and as mentioned before the hospital will probably not take any notice of such a chart.

More importantly you are well beyond the stage of charting as you've been ttc nowfor 2 years.
