Surely because aspirin thins the blood making you bleed more, then no that's an awful idea.
I've not heard of It before, just a logical answer from my brain.

Depends on whether you have blood clotting issues I do & took 75mg aspirin every day however this was under Specialist advice so I wouldn't do it unless you have been checked out first.

As above, I am currently on 75mg daily aspirin (along with other medication) after recurrent miscarriage, which I have taken from when I found out I was pregnant and will stop at 36 weeks.

This is a very low dose, it's not like the amount that's in painkillers. You can buy it over the counter although if you have not been diagnosed with a clotting issue it might be pointless taking it. The trouble is, it takes 3 miscarriages before you get tested though. If you've had two, I'd probably be inclined to think that taking a low dose might help and won't do any harm.
