What would you class as an irregular period?

My last cycles have been:

33
34
32
32
27

Currently on CD 31 and no AF and a negative on Tuesday morning (and Monday afternoon ? couldn't wait!).

Should I go and see my doc ? ie is this classed as an irregular period?

Those would be classed as very regular imho, with only 1-2 days difference on most cycles.

I think irregular periods are generally 4+ days difference each cycle, but tbqh I doubt a GP would take much notice for anything less than 10 days difference.

Ok thanks for replying.

Just wanted to double check :)

If no AF on Friday I'll test again - bloody expensive this TTC malarkey!

Agree they look pretty regular. Mine vary from 19 to 35 days! I Have to take opks even when not ttc just so I know when my period is coming!

My doctor friend told me that cycles between 28-35 days are considered regular. If you have cycles consistently longer than 35 days then this could be problematic fertility wise. I'm sure others know way more than me, but thought I'd share what I've been told.

I agree with the others, I would say yours are pretty much regular. According to my (now former) GP, anything between 10-12 periods a year is normal. I have about 5 a year on average Sad

Fingers and toes crossed for you here, hope you get a positive result with your next test! But even if you haven't done it this time, I'm pretty sure it won't be long - with periods coming as often as yours are you are bound to be ovulating fairly regularly.

Yes, yours are fairly regular, you've had one short cycle recently but the rest are very similar. It's when you start having very long cycles that are consistently over 35 days that they class them as irregular.

CD 34 and no sign of AF and a negative on a FRER cries

Yesterday I thought she was coming. I had pink tinged CM and then nothing appeared.

What is going on?!

You might have ovulated late - then again, some women only get positive tests daaays after AF was due :)

I got my smiley on an OV stick on day 18.
