irregular periods after Cerazette

Anyone else had v irregular periods after coming off Cerazette? I came off in October and only had 2 periods since then. Went to see doctor and she said Cerazette is particularly effective at stopping ovulation so may take up to six months.
Hope it sorts itself out sooooon!

I was orescribed cerazette after I had my son. He is now almost 11months, I bf and have not had a period yet. Was also told by gp that it is very effective and may not have any bleeding at all.

I had been on it for 2 years with no bleeding, which I was prepared for but now I want to conceive again and my cycles seem to be all over the place!

I was on Cerazette for about 18 months and had no bleeds/AF during that time. When I stopped taking it, it took a further 3 months to have a period. But after that first period I quickly settled into a regular pattern. Although over the time since my cycle lengths have reduced from 31 days to now 25 days. I did also start going for accupuncture too so that might have helped regulate things too.
