I mc at 5 weeks mid Jan and I am now on cycle day 13 and we are ttc. My cycles were very regular at 28 days with ovulation happening on day 15. I am one of the 20% who can feel my egg dropping every month and was wondering if there was anyone else who's cycles went straight back o normal after mc including mittelschmerz.

Sorry to hear about your mc.
I mc'd at 8 weeks in May. I also had Mittelschmerz the next period and everything seemed normal. Good luck with ttc!

Thanks very much. I'm just hopping that everything is back to normal and I'm getting my timing right. The mittelschmerz will confirm it all.

Sorry about your miscarriage.

I had a MMC in September and prior to that, never felt ovulation pains at all. I now feel them every time now although my cycles are very long (40 days +). Prior to the MMC my cycles were still long but not as long as they are currently. I'm now having accupuncture to try to sort that out.

Good luck to you

I had a very early miscarriage (4+1wks - I tested early :( ) last cycle & have used OPKs this cycle for the first time to support my CM obs etc. and believe I have ovulated at the same point this month, roughly 15 days since the start of the MC, which would be about right for previous cycles. I have, however, had sharp pains in my lower right abdomen & a dull ache in my lower right back which I'm attributing to ovulation, but never had mittelschmerz in the past.

Another weird thing/change to my cycle has happened too- since TTC I've noticed mid-cycle breast pain & sensitivity (plays havoc with the symptom spotting in the 2WW, I can tell you!!), but this month, nothing. They're completely 'normal'. I feel sure that my cycle is back to normal in other ways, judging my the usual signs, & its almost as ic my body has treated it as a really bad & upsetting AF.

mittelschmerz has kicked in. The 2ww has officially started!!
