ImpatientOne · 24/02/2012 15:46

Hi Pogobob there's a real crowd of us now around 9/10 dpo :)

Poor you with DD & DH - the word norovirus sends me into a blind panic as I'm an emetophobe!!

I was on antibiotics just before my O this month so hoping that's not caused any probs.

Cherry I am having a very crampy tummy too but it's not like AF - where my tummy feels heavy like it might drop out Blush it's more sharp and twingy?

Windmill10 · 24/02/2012 16:28

Hi ladies, jkust got back from picking DS up from school and strating getting this stabbing feeling on the right hand side of my lady bits - was about 5/6 sharp stabs???? Also got cramping all across front going on and really bad lower back pain - mostly on the right side above my bum cheek tmi Blush

Could this be implantation at 9dpo or is it just AF arriving early on cd23??? Confused I must also add that my POAS addiction got the better of me earlier and yes ......... it was a BFN..... but if the above is implantation it would be BFN......wouldn't it???

Windmill10 · 24/02/2012 16:29

Sorry about all the typo's Blush

Beeblebear · 24/02/2012 16:50

Peeks back at the old haunt to say Congrats Wifey! That's fab!

Andy symptoms update from me at 6 weeks for all those crazy symptom spotters out there

Not a whole lot to report - slightly tender nipple that seem erect more than not and slightly chapped

POAS again today just for fun - and line was WAY darker than the control line.

waves to everyone else = )

Beeblebear · 24/02/2012 16:51

ps - love the new thread title!

PogoBob · 24/02/2012 17:53

Thanks for the welcome Patient, sorry for mentioning the illness Blush

Windmill could definately be implantation and it would fit that you'd get a BFN, only about 15% of pregnancies give a BFP at DPO 9/10 (not that I've been reading up on these things!)

Not sure what is going on with me, had a really odd day yesterday were I felt really ill and so tired I thought I would pass out. Slept all afternoon and feel okay today except for a headache and a bit of backache. Trying not to symptom spot but failing miserably!

Congrats Beeblebear

PogoBob · 24/02/2012 17:58

Sorry Impatient - got your name wrong, not doing very well here am I!!

Windmill10 · 24/02/2012 18:46

Thanks for the hope Pogobob and welcome Smile

Unfortunately I reckon it's actually going to be the dreaded AF early as the pain has turned into normal AF pain albeit a little one sided (right, but mayeb this is all in my crazy 2ww mind!)......only difference is that it's so early this month.......hoping that my LP hasn't decided to start getting short Angry

saying the above but secretly hoping that I'm wrong!

Any developments on your twinges impatient?

Big congrats Beeblebear Grin

DesperateHousewife21 · 24/02/2012 19:07

Feel so shattered tonight I could just go to sleep now. Felt down all afternoon, I blame the hormones :(

I just want to know now!

ellesabe · 24/02/2012 20:21

Sorry about AF rudawakening Go and crack open the Wine

Does anyone else feel really bloated when they ov? I'm on cd16 and for the past few days have been so bloated I can barely do my trousers up Blush... I'm really our-of-tune with my cycles (37 days last month) and have no idea when I ov but wondered if this might be a sign. We dtd on Tuesday and tonight (already!) so I'm hoping to have timed it right!

wifey6 · 24/02/2012 20:22

Thank you beeblebear....so lovely to hear you are doing good. Smile

DesperateHousewife21 · 24/02/2012 20:56

ellesabe I'm on cd 17 and poss OV round about now, feel quite bloated and sex is painful when deep.
Trouble is I had this last month a week or so before AF so who knows.
FX for us both, looks like we'll be testing around the same time? (if we don't cave in early!)

PogoBob · 24/02/2012 20:57

DH21 I'm with you on the just wanting to know!!! Desperately trying not to POAS but think I will be giving into temptation on Monday Blush

ellesabe i notice that my belly grows around ov and know a couple of my friend suffer with bloating at the middle of the cycle as well as during AF. I'd keep going with the dtd for a while longer if you can just to be safe Grin

ellesabe · 24/02/2012 21:08

Okay so maybe I am ov then...

Hello beeble, lovely to have you back!! Hoping that some of us can join you over in the pg forum soon :)

dh21 we are indeed cycle buddies again but I am assuming a long cycle again so that I don't tie myself in knots waiting for AF to show up... I won't be testing until 17th March yeah right!

OP posts:
DesperateHousewife21 · 24/02/2012 21:38

I bet you anything you'll cave before then!

I thought CM was meant to be clear and watery around OV but mine is just permenantly creamy Confused

PogoBob · 24/02/2012 21:59

DH21 my CM never seems to change colour it's just stretchier and in greater amounts around the time I think I ovulate but then I suspect I don't ovulate more months than I do IYSWIM so I have no idea really!

pipsicles · 25/02/2012 06:44

Welcome Pogo and congratulations Beeble - has it sunk in yet, are you do the thing where you worry that you're NOT getting symptoms, so something must be wrong?! Not that I ever did anything like that Blush

The problem with CM is that it is different for everyone - I was doing some more obsessive swotting up yesterday and read that you

pipsicles · 25/02/2012 06:54

Bugger...pressed submit way to early - sorry!

...your CM pattern, Pogo is as perfectly normal as the 'stereotypical' CM pattern. Right now, I'm having really difficulty working out whether mine is dry, or creamy, which I know sounds stupid - surely you can tell the difference, but it seems to be creamy in very small amounts! I know I'm over-analysing, but the reason it worries me is because creamy CM is a more positive sign than dry CM according to fertility friend, and I don't want to go getting my hopes up because I'm inputting slightly wrong data and then be all the more devastated when AF shows next week IYSWIM?! Now I'm on 48 pg points on ff and I'm REALLY worried I'm getting my hopes up! What if the headache I entered is just because I had a headache, and nothing to do with being pg, or the fatigue I keep entering is just because of late nights and early mornings with DS and I just need to get myself to bed early and then I'll feel fine?! Sorry! I HATE the 2ww with a passion Angry It's also not helping that my upstairs neighbour just told me yesterday that she got a BFP at the beginning of the week. :( Also, I know DH won't be all cut up about it because we weren't supposed to be trying yet - he'll probably be quite relieved :( He'll do his best to understand, but I know he just won't get it.

Sorry for the massive moan at such an early hour - I didn't realise I was feeling quite so low (in fairness, I haven't been up long enough to know!)

DesperateHousewife21 · 25/02/2012 08:05

pip I can relate to everything you've just said. All the obsessive symptom spotting and analysing CM every day.
Sometimes I think just chill woman! If I stopped thinking about it so much it'll prob happen faster/ easier.

Still got 8ish days to go and that'll be testing early too. I so hope it happens this month. Im young and relatively healthy!

ChairOfTheBored · 25/02/2012 08:46

So, AF, having been settled in a very happy 28.5 day cycle for months, is now late. Am in a 3WW now, but tests give BFN.

What's going on? If AF is going to turn up, I wish she'd get on with it, so we knew one way or the other.

DesperateHousewife21 · 25/02/2012 11:10

Same happened to me last month AF showed up 8 days late it's a horrible time isn't it when you're in limbo. Hope you get some news soon.

Winkly · 25/02/2012 11:44

Hi, can I join please? I'm 11dpo (I think, I don't chart or temp - yet!) and AF due on Tuesday 28th. Serious symptom spotting going on here! This is our 4th cycle of trying for our first baby. On my phone so afraid I can't add myself to the list easily.

sedgieloo · 25/02/2012 13:15

Adding my stats, got my bfp this week, but it still hasn't quite sunk in. My DB and SIL was here 5 mins ago to tell me she got her BFP and I didn't say a word!!! I've not told my mum yet - but you guys know!!

BFP YEAH BABY!!

For all you symptom spotters - my only real signs were my chart, I got the dip below the coverline at 9 dpo then a big rise and it stayed up, also didn't get my normal PMS (night sweats running up to AF), oh and Cervix started to go soft.

All the best with everyone waiting, if it is any consolation I am probably older than any of you, so you've every chance. If you are starting a new cycle and not used preseed, it might be worth a try, I used that for the first time last month (although I did a ton of things differently)
