Mmmmm - sexy subject title!
Hi all, like lots of others I'm just looking for a bit of support. Have been ttc for 3 months following a mc at 11 weeks in November last year. During that scan I was told I had a large dermoid cyst on my ovary but that it wouldn't affect my fertility in any way.
My period is now 2 days late and I've got a variety of symptoms that could easily be early pregnancy related or just normal period pains (PMT, over emotional, pains etc etc.) I've done a couple of hpts from Boots which are both negative (they are supposed to be used up to 4 days early so are pretty strong I imagine). Really, I just want to know what my plan of action should be. Wait a couple of days and then do another test? How long should I wait before I have it checked out by a doctor if my period doesn't arrive? I'm normally as regular as clockwork on a 30 day cycle and I don't think I've been unduly stressed this month, so don't see why it should have altered. Has anyone with an ovarian cyst found that it's affected their pregnancy tests at all? (she says clutching a huge bunch of straws.....)
