anyone gotten pg or struggled to get pg after a diagnosis of adenomyosis?

have had a scan which shows probably adenomyosis, which generally isn't considered to affect your fertility, but just wondering if anyone else has it and it its affected getting pg?

I had a diagnosis and got pregnant a year or two later straight away
