I got my smiley on day 18. I DTD day 15, 16, 18 and 19. Is that ok or should i try one more time to catch the egg (day 22) or is it now too late?

If you got a smiley on day 18 it's likely you ovulated day 19 or 20 and the egg will have lasted 24 hours, so till day 21 at the latest, but if I was you I'd give it one last go. Best of luck x

CM has gone!! We tried to DTD on fri and sat and couldn't do it cause too dry!!

Accordingy to Taking Charge of Your Fertility you have to, as long as there are no issues with sperm count, DTD everyday you notice EWCM. If it's dried up then you've probably already ovulated.

However, it can't hurt to try some more!
