People who use OV sticks

I got my smiley face on Wednesday but then stopped using the sticks. Is that right or should I have continued to use them to find out when I ovulated?

that's right, once you get the smiley face you'll most likely ovulate in the next 12-72 hours. no need to do any more tests

Just while this thread is open, may I ask if you've always used them or if you ttc for a little while then started? We've been ttc for two months now so early days, in the 2ww at the mo. Currently discussing how we want to continue to ttc, I'm plotting my cycle and we're not on a strict timetable at the moment. Would you ladies recommend them so early?

I started trying but not trying last aug. only started using the sticks last month but hubby got ill so stopped using them. This month been using them religiously.

I mean trying but not really trying ie just doing it whenever.

I used them for a month - no line. Am 30 weeks pregnant. Just try to have lots of fun!

we started trying, got pg after 6 months, had a mc then started using opk when we began trying again. I found they took a lot of stress out of ttc as they got rid of the "have I ov/am I going to ov" worrying all the time. Also, I tend to get ewcm and ov pains for up to 5 days prior to ov (though sometimes only for one day) and I was wearing hubby out before we even got to ov day.
