Test says no...

But I really feel like I'm pregnant Hmm

I have PCOS so my periods are all over the place! Sometimes they are neatly 4 weeks apart like everyone else, sometimes they are 2 months apart, so it's difficult for me to use a calendar to see when my period is due and when I can take a test.

When I was pregnant with DS, though, I felt tired, vague/spaced out, cold and I needed to wee more often that usual in the very early stages, which was what tipped me off to take a test in the first place. I feel exactly the same way now, but my cheapo Tesco pregnancy test says no Sad

What's the point to all this? Sorry, I ust came on for a bit of a rant! I feel a bit up in the air and stuff, since me and DH were hoping for me to get pregnant soon since DS is 17 months and I always thought we'd go for no.2 when he was 18 months but we hadn't actively started ttc yet or anything, just DTD as much as usual, no contraception but no pre-natal vitamins or healthy diet or anything yet. I was feeling a bit ambivalent about ttc since I was so sick during my last pregnancy and had the delivery from hell, and DS is a real handful and I was worried about how I'd cope.

But now the stupid test says I'm not pregnant I feel disappointed Sad

Wonder how long I need to wait before I take another one (probably more than 5 mins, right? lol)

Hi littlemiss, I noticed on the 1st Response Early Result test leaflet that it says test again in 7 days if negative. I'm one who has had erratic cycles since periods returned (my dd is 16 months) I think because I still BF a little. Charting has really helped there are loads of people charting with PCOS and you can search these charts on fertilityfriend.com, have you tried that. It has really helped me. Also I did not test positive until 5 wks preg with dd, so it is worth testing again but maybe in a couple of days at least?
