No af and bfn

I came of the pill last month after a couple of months of being on it. I had a bleed on the 6th jan and am now 6 days late. Did test yesterday bfn. Would it have shown up by now if I was pregnant or should I test again in a couple of days? I've never been late before only when pg and they showed up on first day of missed period.

Coming off the pill can mess your periods up for a couple of months. Do another test in a week but its most likely that your body is still settling back into its natural cycle.

Thanks, was just a bit as I have come of the pill before and went back to normal straight away apart from dc2 and dc3 where I conceived in the first month of stopping the pill. If I have no sign by this time next week I'll test again
