I had my last(unplanned) dd 2 months before my 45th birthday - she has been an absolute treasure and I'm so pleased I had her - but whether I would have actually planned to have a baby at 45 is harder to answer. Had her when my youngest was 18 so never really been child free since my 1st 30 years ago. I have a baby grandson now and I like the fact you can have a good 'go' of him then hand him back to his parents!

She's 8 and grandson nearly 1. She is brilliant with him and he loves her too! I'm not sure what it'll be like in a few years time though when he's breaking her stuff and messing with her room!

lol indeed!
think im going to have to really come to terms with dd being my last one
i love her to bits shes brilliant but i do find it alot harder this time than i did 22yrs ago
