CBFM, SWI Every peak day or every other day?

TTC #2 for 6 months with no luck YET...

been doing it Every Other Day throughout peak and high times as I read somewhere that everyday wasn't great for the spermies.

Yesterday was my first peak on CBFM and we duely bonked but just wondering whether to have another shot at it tonight (2nd peak) or leave it for the month. I am pretty sure I ov'd yesterday anyway....

I'd go for it. If you ovulated yesterday, you have nothing to lose!

Always have sex on the first peak day. You might as well have another go on the second peak day too. Every other day on the high days. But always always the first peak day. If you got the day before as well then that is extremely good timing.

katiandkit - we dtd on first peak but not the day before. EOD is enough for my DDH but he can do the double if required so maybe i'll jump him tonight!!
