Day 23 of cycle and bleeding

Would appreciate some advice please if anyone can help. On day 23 of cycle, ovulated approximately 8 days ago. Had sex on the correct days I believe, this is our second month of TTC. Was out drinking last night, been having some pains the last few days, feeling a bit queasy, slightly sore boobs, heartburn and constipation.

Just went to the toilet and my urine is cloudy (not uncommon for me, various doc tests and always clear from infection) and I wiped and there is blood on tissue. It's sort of light pink/light brown. TMI: it's almost like urine consistency. No lumps, not dark, just liquid. I came off pill and period took 6 weeks to come. It doesn't look like my period. I guess it could be but I don't think it is.

Could it be implantation bleed? It looked like too much to be, I thought that was a small amount. I wiped and basically the blood was all on tissue. Only took one wipe to clear it all. Is that a small amount...

Feeling pains in lower abdomen. Don't know if it's a miscarriage type thing like an early one or something?

Are you sure it isn't a UTI? I've had 2 really bad cases in the last 6mths where its gone from maybe needing to wee a bit more often, to about an hour or 2 later literally peeing blood. That would cause pains etc.

Failing that, could be an implantation bleed or could be spotting before a period (lots of threads on here mention both).

You'll only know which it is by waiting... Either AF will come, you'll get a BFP or you'll get more pain/blood & def know its an infection.

Not a UTI, I do get those sometimes and this feels different, no urge to pee etc. I actuall think it's my period now, and it's just come quite early. The joys!

If you've not long come off the pill, it could take a little while for your cycle to settle. Mine naturally varies anyway, and not been on the pill for years. Month before conceiving my DD my cycle was 25 days, but can go up to 31 days easily.

I just had exactly the same thing at 7-8dpo, bit pinkish when wiping and then brownish spotting but only a tiny bit. Now stopped and has def not turned into AF so am holding out hope it was implantation even though no other symptoms really. Fingers crossed for you!
