I've recently noticed the majority of people ttc no2 that their dc1 are usually still babies/toddlers . Anyone ttc no 2 with an older child ? My DD wil be 7 in a few months and I'm on cycle 6 .

Hi there, I have 3 children and we have decided to try for no.4 and if by some miracle I become pg straight away there will be a 6y 4m age gap between my youngest and the baby.

Hi KaDee you must be a pro at this ttc game by now Smile how old are your older dcs ?

I'm getting so impatient the age gap is getting bigger and bigger and I knownif it becomes too big I will end up wanting to have a third straight away !!Blush

Hello MrsC, my DP and I are currently trying to decide whether or not to ttc no. 2 and our DD is 5.

I would love another DC, but I have a moderate uterine prolapse and I'm worried about the further damage another pregnancy and birth may do. I really need to talk to my doctor but I've been putting off doing so because I'm so scared of what he may say.

Hopefully, I will be joining you trying before too long. Fingers crossed for a BFP for you.

Hi MrsC, a pro? Doubtful lol. My other 2 dcs are 13 and 9. The first age gap wasn't intentional but I had 2 mc during that time. The 2nd age gap was intentional as we thought it was wonderful! I have never had an 'easy' birth, in fact they've all been quite traumatic :( and the last one was the worst, I managed to put that aside a couple of years ago to try for another, but that pregnancy turned out to be ectopic. So I've been even more afraid to try again, but I'm positive it will have all been worth it in the end :)

I am too very impatient, now that I've decided I can try again, waiting is almost heartbreaking.

Hi MrsC, me and DH are on cycle 6 (had a CP at xmas) TTC#2 as well and currently on the 2ww with serious symptom spotting, most of which I think is in my head! We are in the same boat....Our DS was 5 last week and I know exactly how you are feeling.....like time is flying by! DH and I have already had the DC3 conversation, we never anticiapated a big age gap but it just kind of happened, moving house, new jobs etc etc! Really hoping for our BFP this cycle - will be 10dpo on Friday and AF due the monday after - will try not to POAS too soon ............ having said I've already done it twice on 4dpo and today 6dpo due to serious cramping!

Wishing all us ladies our BFP's very soon Fx :)
