Anyone else not got period back a year after giving birth?

Want to ttc no 2 but still no period even though only bf morning and night, so twice a day.

I haven't, and my babies are 15 months old. In my bodies defence, there are two babies, and I feed each of them 4/5 times a day, all between 7pm and 7am! So my body probably thinks I still have a newborn.

Not very helpful, sorry. How long have you been down to two feeds? I would think it'd take a few months to sort out once you're feeding decreases?

11 months and still no sign. DS is still feeding a lot, though.

I BF DS2 til 13/14 months (only morning and night for last few months) but still didn't get periods back til he was 18/19 months

DD is 10 months old and I only feed her in the morning. No sign of a period and haven't felt like I am going to get one. DH and I also want to ttc a second baby but don't know whether the best thing is just to start trying?? I was told they would come back when my body was ready but no signs yet...

9 months still in absentia and no indication they're coming back. We'll start trying when we feel ready and if it happens, it happens. I've got to ovulate sometime do no reason to wait for a period beyond making dating easy!

I got mine back last week and my baby(dc4)is over 2
I di however get pregnant with my second was exclusivelt BF at 7months and I had had no pperiod

DS was 1 yesterday, and still no period. He had his last breastfeed then, previous to this it was one in morning, and one at night. Had a brown mess at the start of January, so I'm hoping that's my periods coming back, and stopping bf will aid in its return as I'm desperate to conceive #2.

Ah buntycollocks I'll miss it too. Dd is half self weaning - some evenings she points to the bottle instead of nuzzling me, but after a day of not wanting me she rediscovers me again. It was very hard for us to bf at beginning and I am so proud we have managed to do it all this time, albeit never exclusively. that the idea if stopping upsets me.

Yes, this has happened to me three times (although not when only feeding morning and night).

DS is just over a year, we really want to conceive no. 2 but still no sign of a period. We're still feeding 3-4 times a day. Bit of a quandry really as I really want another baby but don't want to stop breastfeeding - DS loves it. It's hard isn't it. :(
