How does it work? I had my implant removed in august and since then the old body has decided to give me a 6 week cycle, I didn't have periods while I had the implant 2 years ago and before I had ds I was on a normal 4 week cycle, implant was put in after I had him. It took 2 years to conceive ds, when is the fertile time on a 6 week cycle? I can't bear waiting another 2 years.

Have you thought about tracking your cycle on Fertility friend with temps taken first thing each morning and perhaps ovulation predictor kits too? I bought some cheapies off Amazon and they work great! To get a clear understanding of when exactly you are ovulating might really speed up the process!!!

Your fertile time is generally 10-16 days before your next period; however, if you're just off the implant, you may find your cycles shrink back to normal over the next few months?

I would also recommend charting on fertility friend :)

Good luck xx

I used to have a book called something like "taking charge of your fertility" - Googled but can't find it. It had lots of information about taking and charting your temperature first thing in the morning before you moved and got out of bed to spot ovulation and information about the erm qualities of vaginal mucus and how they change at different points in your cycle.
I have forgotten most of the details but am sure if you search for these things separately you will find enough information to be able to see the signs in your body and know when your fertile period is. - It does work to find it even in unusual length or irregular cycles

Hi, sorry I have not had time to reply yet, so bloody busy. thank you for your advice, I will look into getting a fertility friend, and have ordered some lovely cheap tiddle sticks off amazon. Not really wanting to Google vaginal mucus, but I get what you mean. Thanks ladies.
