Progesterone and low dose aspirin during early pregnancy and when do you start taking them?

Hello ladies, long story short.... 3 m/c last year (am 41 with 2 DC), having seen both a private and NHS consultant, both suggest progesterone, low dose aspirin and high dose folic acid with next pregnancy. Am waiting on letter to my GP to confirm this so he can prescribe necessary supplements. Today, got big smiley face on OPK and am keen to get going but wanted to ask if these supplements should be taken pre-conception or when your pregnancy is confirmed. Given my age and m/c history, this is my last shot and kind of want to get it right, if it all helps, who knows, but will throw anything at it to try! x
