My TTC journey is almost reaching the 2year mark, at persent i am on 21 months TTC!!!
Please excuse the LENGTH of my thread :(
Long story short!!! (trying!)... i was prescribed Clomid last May and took 50mg for 5months. I had some blood tests during this time which showede i was ovulating, scans, lap and dye tests which all seemed to be positive in the respects that there were mature folicles etc!!!
However, at the end of my last Clomid cycle (Sept 2011) and STILL no pregnancy... i decided that enough was enough, i had hit an all time low and couldnt bear the thought of the dissapointment anymore and decided to not take the Clomid in October moving forward. In early November i had an appointment booked anyway with my consultant at teh hospital to discuss next steps etc. During the meeting i totally broke down and explained that i had stopped the clomid and wanted to have a BREAK from the regiment of TTC, it was becoming an ever apparent physical and emotional strain on both me and my partner.
She said that this was fine and to take a few months off, as it wouldnt do us any harm...she said we wouldnt be eligble for IVF yet until we reach the 3YEAR MARK!!!!?!!? (Shocking!!!)
Anyway....I had a noraml regular period in October then again in Novemebr and December.....which i thought great maybe things are getting back on track naturally!....spoke too soon....as here i am in January 11 days late, neg HPT and NO sign of my period?! I have no idea what is happening!?
Around the time of my period being due i did have 2-3days of browish discharge (Sorry TMI!) but nothing more than that....but since then NOTHING!!!
I really am going out of my mind again as just started to relax and had a small glimmer of hope that i was "normal"!!!!
Now i am worried and really confused :(....wanted to start the clomid again next month...how can i do that when i have no period!!!
If anyone can shed some light or has a similar story i would be really grateful to hear your stories.
