I bought a pack of these multi-vit and Omega 3 twin pack and have been taking them for 3 days now for TTC and feeling sick.
I put it down to a tummy bug which is doing the rounds at work, but then today I forgot to take the pills until lunch time. Felt fine all day until I took them. Immediately wanted to hurl.
Anyone else have this reaction to them.

Hi, I read somewhere that they can make you feel sick. It said to take them at night. I take mine before bed and no issues so worth trying?

Pipbin · 25/01/2012 23:05

I take the boots own brand ones and they do make me feel nauseous. I take them in the morning before breakfast as a rule. However when I take them in the evening it's not the case.

Not bad enough to make me feel sick. Just a little bilious.

purpleroses · 25/01/2012 23:09

I don't think so. But being pregnant does....

Anything with B vits in makes me feel sick if I don't take them with food.

whatmess · 26/01/2012 07:31

Thanks ladies, I think I'll move to taking them just before I go to bed.
Def not pregnant purple, unfortunately.

Are you taking them with food? If not, try that for a week - it makes a big difference for me.

latrucha · 26/01/2012 09:27

Yes. You have to have them after food.

They make me feel sick - I take them with food (when I remember Blush )

MoJangled · 26/01/2012 10:06

I have mine in middle of supper - biggest meal of the day. They go on the table in an eggcup when it's laid and I have them between mouthfuls about halfway through. If i dont disguise them with plenty of food I feel absolutely terrible.

yup, SIL found the same too, ended up taking these as they didnt make her sick at all

I also find that taking in the afternoon/evening seems to stop the nausea coming
