WHAT DOES YOUR BODY DO AFTER IMPLANON REMOVAL?

Just wondering, as i want to get pregnant asap! When it is removed, do you ovulate the same month? Can the egg be fertilised?

Anybody with stories please share :)

When i had mine removed i was asked when i last had sex as you can fall straight away.
I had mine removed at the end of Sept and fell pregnant in Dec.
