Advice needed on weird spotting

Ladies, I am currently in 14dpo with a temp rise this morning. I normally chart my CP/CM and after being up for half an hour or so proceeded to do so. It was only then that I noticed some very very light brownish discharge. And I mean a tiny tiny amount. Nothing on the toilet paper and nothing on my underwear.

I know I ov'd on CD8 as I chart my BBT but I'm not sure of my LP because of PCOS (this is the first cycle since last July that I have ov'd naturally). My boobies are very tender and I have has some mild cramping throughout the day.

I am wondering if this is just the start of my AF and it's just taking a while and if anyone has had anything similar happen and what the result was!?!

I'm a new charter, but I thought a temp rise usually followed ovulation, and AF usually gives a temp drop. How do you know that you ovulated for sure on CD8? Spotting can be due to AF, implantation or even ovulation, as could the sore boobs. You could have ovulated twice. I have to say I never get spotting, AF starts with full blown rivers of gore. Nothing with ovulation or implantation though I know other women get it. The only spotting I have ever had was following an ERPC. Sorry, I'm not really any help....

I had EWCM and a sustained temp rise on before, during and after CD8 with my CM quickly changing to creamy. My temps have stayed high ever since so I know I definitely ov'd then, plus the fact that I have had 3 anovultory cycles prior to this one with no sustained thermal shift and cycles that range from 57-77 days. My temps this cycle have been much more stable and in previous cycles FF has never introduced my crosshairs on my chart.

I am aware that all my symptoms hint at AF but usually if I have brown discharge then AF follows within hours so this is completely out of whack!!

hmmmm. POAS? possible implantation then? OOooh I'm excited for you now!

I'm gonna wait til Monday to POAS because if it is implantation then I want to be absolutely certain that the witch doesn't make an appearance in the meantime!!
