Well my body decided to be play silly buggers the past couple of months. On my first cycle TTC, no less! AF arrived today, on CD46. HARRUMPH. Har har good joke, ladybits!

But I am very delighted to see her in fact because I means my two months of confusion is over and I can now get cracking on this shiny new cycle!

Who's with me???? This is a glorious Superlux Superbus (the kind you'd see US presidential candidates rolling about in), with all de mod cons (dedicated champers fridge and shiny chrome margarita blender).

BAH that's annoying ddas. Totally feel your pain as last cycle mine was 2 weeks like for no apparent reason (and was defo not pg).

WELL I am quite a happy lady today as I got a peak on my Clearblue Fertility Monitor!! Finally!!! Didn't get a peak on last month's stupid weird cycle. Woohoo so that means I'm ovulating today or tomorrow. Got SWI in yesterday, and will get to work tonight, tomorrow and Sunday to hopefully catch that egg!! This is also good because it means AF is due a week earlier than I expected (so I can test sooner). Hurrah!!!! Am determined to try shag my way to victory this month!

** 2 weeks LATE last cycle.

Horny hormones still right up there thanks to ovulation. Am shamelessly flirting with every man I lay my eyes on. Broody + horny = Cavewoman. Dangerous combination for every man in a 5km radius.

2 weeks late, Zara! And I thought my 3 days late was a nightmare scenario. Seems as if we're at around the same point in our cycle- I have had tons of EWCM since Tuesday and think I either ovulated yesterday or will ovulate today if I didn't (somewhat of a guess since I'm not using OPKs, but based on my cycle history and CM) We managed to SWI Sun, Tues, Wed and planning for tonight so hopefully that will seal the deal! Fingers crossed that we both get BFPs :)

Hopefully this time in 2 weeks we'll be be getting two big bold lines when we POAS! And this time NEXT week we'll be symptom spotting madly, haha!

Zara and floatinglotus, I'm with you ladies!! Been testing daily since last weekend and was getting a bit frustrated as only managed to get the control line...until today, tested once I got home and got a v dark line on the cheapo and a on cb digi!! Finally something to smile about as work situation's been causing stress lately!
So guess I know what you'll be doing this weekend - enjoy it and best of luck!!! Would be amazing if we could all get BFPs this month!!

Hello Lotus, Zara and Rumba - me too I'm due to ov either today or tomorrow and testing in 2 weeks. We're in cycle 7 of ttc#1 now and I wanted to try a few things different this month in the hope of a BFP so fingers crossed and lots of swi this weekend, maybe we'll get snowed in!!

rumba I know what you mean about ovulation testing relieving the stress of work - I have had so much on lately with work (sometimes very frustrating) and getting the peak on my CBFM this morning put a big grin on my face! To be honest even though I had a busy day I felt like that was my biggest achievement!

Hehehehe best use of of Mumsnet app I've found is reading through threads post-sex while I've got a pillow and towel under my butt, knees by my ears and duvet over me! (TMI... that may or may not be what I was doing this evening... cough ) Actually now we're TTC I find I've been catching up on a good bit of reading while lying down for 15 mins/2 hours [lazy bitch emoticon] post-SWI! After flexing his biceps and making out like he's a super-virile he-man (hopefully he is!), DH makes me a cup of tea (or two...) and goes and plays xbox while I lie back, read my Kindle and will those sperm to find the damn egg! Ahhh the interwebs.... where I can share all my weird TTC behaviour that I'd never dream in a million years of telling another soul...

Also I don't know about the rest of you.... but this is EXACTLY how I imagine . That's what's happening right now inside of us.

In fact when I was 10 this is what our science teacher showed us to explain how conception worked! This is after we had to poke our lower abdomen and say "hello little ovaries!!".... and then tell us how childbirth was THE MOST PAINFUL THING WE WOULD EVER, EVER EXPERIENCE .... yes she was a very odd lady.... Catholic schools eh...!!!

9dpo today and BFN. Absolutely no symptoms yet which i'm taking as a positive, i had none with DD either except reeeally thirsty the day AF was due. Had loads of symptoms the last two months and BFN so FCx no signs is a good sign :)

Bad luck ddas fingers crossed for next cycle.

I'm now on the 2WW (AF due 11/2) with precisely no symptoms. At least I won't be deluding myself like last month! Even had a few drinks last night.

Good luck to all of you SWIing this weekend. Panzee and piggyboo I think we are in sync - 7dpo and no symptoms at all. Except that I did have a little spotting today. Never had that in any previous cycle so clearly must be not getting hopes up that it could be implantation!

Hello everyone can I join have just come from the Sept/Oct shuttle. After having 29 day cycles for the last 4 months this one was 30 days so I was convinced I was pg. Only for AF to show up a few hours ago.

Notthehippo Panzee & Piggyboo I am also very roughly 7dpo I believe and was trying desperately not to symptom spot but that determination left me this morning.... I was 'asymptomatic': sore boobs I put down to ovulation/hormonal fluctuations (rather typically, I only started getting this particular 'sign' last cycle, the 1st TTC!!!) and everything else (moodiness, hunger) I was determined to put down to stress/the weather/hormones/NOT being pg etc etc. However, when my DD leant on my lower tummy and it was sensitive, I suddenly started hoping & trying to work out the earliest day to test!!

So not sure what my plan of action is now. I think I will try to keep expectations low and not test before AF is due... As if!!! :o

Hope you guys are having better luck than me!! :)

P.s. if anyone is not on their phone but on a PC - could you update the list please?? I'd love to see who's up next for the 2WW/possible POAS-ing :o

Hi, just announced this on the shuttle but think i was the last one on there. Got a BFP this morning!

Just thought i'd share i had no symptoms whatsoever except v grumpy yesterday (not that unusual for me). I still have no cramping,bloating or nausea and my boobs are not tender or heavier or anything.

Exactly the same as with DD no symptoms= BFP for me

AF is here, which took me a little by surprise, but I'm glad that I'm now able to work out dates a little more easily. So next month's superbus will see me obsessing over possible symptoms!
