Anyone know what a cycle is like after a Diathermy?

Hi,
I'm after a bit of advice from anyone who's had a diathermy operation for PCOS. I'd like to know what the first cycle after the operation is like. Does the day of the Op count as day one of a cycle?
Any info from ladies who's had one will be greatly appreciated.

I've had this particular surgery for PCOS and my cycle arrived exactly 28 days after surgery!. Its the only time its ever happened mind you. The following month I became pg.
