DS was weaned 8 weeks ago, after 13m BF (solids also from 6/7m). No AF during that time.

Three weeks after my last feed I got clear O signs: loads of EWCM, high cervix, pains etc. Two weeks after that I got three days of light spotting. Kept expecting AF to arrive in all her glory but nothing.

Had a couple of episodes of EWCM during December, but got ill twice (stomach bug/flu style stuff) just as this had started, so things seemed to stop again..

Week after Christmas I had about four days of EWCM (lots), two days of AF style cramping (backache), was massively emotional, and also had about two hours of really bad pain in my lower abdomen (like a knife was in there and being slowly rotated). I thought this was AF starting, but again, nothing.

I could just wait and see if I get AF in a week, but I guess I'd just like some reassurance that all this is normal for post-BF cycles. I really really really want to start TTC#2 but with no cycles, that's going to be tough ;)

I am temping and got a temp shift during my first cycle. Got crazy temps in December from being ill, but then had a big drop down in temps, and then a big rise just after all the pain last week, which suggests I o'd (but I don't really trust my chart since a couple of pre-o temps were were taken an hour or two earlier than normal)... Don't bother with OPKs since I can't hold my pee that long ;)

Is my body being normal? Am getting a bit stressed about it all...

I guess I'd also like to know when I should think about going to see someone about this.. Would rather get the ball rolling sooner rather than later if there is a problem.

As you can tell, I'm starting to worry..
