Had a tfmr almost 4 weeks ago (3wks 5days to be exact) bled heavy for 2 weeks and have been spotting since, still notice a bit of blood when being to the toilet.

Was told after losing the baby I would have a period in 4-6 weeks but don't think it would be just now because of the 2 weeks heavy bleeding that just finished 2 weeks ago.

Anyway I have woke up today with period type cramps, I had these really bad for a whole week when I fell pregnant with the baby I lost and the midwife explained it as implantation cramping.

Am hoping beyond hope that this is what I am feeling today but it seems to soon.

Does anyone have any experience of when I would have been likely to ovulate after the bleeding stopped? By my estimations I would have needed to have ovulated at the same time the heavy bleeding passed if I was feeling implantation cramping now?

I know the obvious answer is to poas but I'm worried I might get a false positive if there is still pregnancy hormones from last month still in my body. Am also still grieving for the baby I lost and while I def know I need to have another baby ASAP I don't want to get my hopes up then be crushed again.

Any advice from others who have been through similar would be appreciated.

I've no experience I'm afraid, but I believe there's such a thing as the "wtf cycle" post mc where anything goes, before you get back to normal.

The only thing you could do is test, and if it's positive have the GP do some bloods to see if your levels are going up or down.
