Anyone doing this or been there done that? I know I should wait till I get my first AF, and count that as CD1, cycle 1. Or shall I be a knob and turn the machine on and / or start charting asap?

I would wait until you have had a period otherwise you will be peeing on expensive sticks for no good reason. CBFM say wait three cycles but that might be excessive. The cbfm will ask you for sticks from day 6 if you turn it back on and therefore may well not detect a peak if it takes you a while to ovulate again.
In the meantime, why not use the cheapie ovulation sticks if you want to do something? But really, it's probably best to wait for a period.
Sorry to hear about your miscarriage and best of luck with ttc again.

Very soory to hear about your MC sprinkles I remember you from the CBFM threads.

I would wait for one AF before you turn it on as it may take a while for everything to settle down. I did that and the monitor detected a peak for me straight away. it did give me a lot of high days from about day 7 though which it never normally does. Good luck with it all

Thanks. Will do as you both suggest though will order some cheapie OPK sticks from amazon to use once this MC is complete.
