Well, not together obviously... but -
Wondering what people thing about exercising (aerobics, lifting weights, spinning classes, jogging) - is it safe for during the 2ww? I really want to stay in shape whilst TTC-ing and go a bit mental if I can't get to the gym.
Also, I am heading off soon on a very long haul flight (30 hours
) and wanted to knock myself out with some valium during the flight. It'd be about 10 days past ovulation...do you think that'd be safe?
