Whilst making Yorkshire puddings today to go with dinner one of the eggs cracked was a double yolk. After a Google search found many superstitions saying finding an egg like this may mean your pregnant, sign of fertility, pregnant with twins.

Just wondering what other supersitions others have heard relating to pregnancy.

no idea but my grandad used to bring home double-yolked eggs every weekend and my grandma never had twins! lol

there is one about pouring the tea isn't there? the one who pours will have ginger twins or something

I've heard that one SL -if you pour the tea that someone else made you'll have ginger twins

Ok, here's a weird one, apparently if you take a hand-held mirror into the bathroom whilst you have a bath or shower, then afterwards let the wax from a white candle drip onto the mirror (whilst it's still steamed), just one drip, then place it in some cold water straight away, the image you will receive on the wax is the image of your one true love, this may or may not be your partner, but will be the person you have always loved or will love in the future and is your perfect match.

Hi anyone heard the supersition that tripping up the stairs means someone in the house is supposed to be pregnant?

I just wanted to know how many saddos would actually try the candle thing! Sorry, little things in life make me laugh!
