Bleeding between periods?!?!

Came off my pill Oct 10 and Dh and i started trying for no.2. Got pg but sadly MC in August.
Since then i had a normal period Sept, Oct and November each exactly 28 days apart lasting 7 days like clockwork.

I'm not on any contraception as we're ttc again.
My period finished 8 days ago yet today i started to bleed fairly heavily bright pink! Dh and i did hav sex last night but it wasn't rough and didn't hurt.

Why am i bleeding??? I'm a bit concerned.

I had this a few months ago. I visited the gp who had a good look and just told me that it was hormonal and related to ovulation. I bled pretty much up until my next period, it was very annoying!

Another possibility is cervical ectropian, which I've also got. It's basically when cells that should be on the inside of your cervix migrate outwards, then get easily damaged and are very sensitive to hormonal changes - my worst flare ups have been after a mc and during pregnancy.

It's worth getting it checked out by your gp.

Get a referral for a scan. It could be a growth in your uterus, which nothing but a scan is going to detect. I had mid month bleeding for six months with a GP telling me it was probably hormonal and not to worry. When I was finally referred to a gynae it turned out to be a polyp the size of a grape, which was removed by hysteroscopy. Polyps can get in the way of pregnancy taking as they act like a coil. Given you are TTC, it is not worth waiting.
