I'm not TTC as of yet but will be in a few months time so iv been charting my periods for a few months now to try and get some kind of pattern. I'm usually somewhere between 35 and 38 days, I have had longer periods since I started at 14 and now in the last 2 months my periods have just 29 and 30 days between them. Is this normal?

Have you been taking any prenatal vitamins? My periods were all over the place anything from 16 days to 37 days. I was told vit b can help regulate you. After a few months of taking them I was bang on 27 days every month and have been for the past 9 months

No, I havnt been taking anything as of yet. Were planning on trying in about 6 months. Is there anything I should be taking now? My first pregnancy was unplanned (in the best sense of the word:)) and I was just given things I was supposed to be taking once I found out I was pregnant so I'm not too sure what I should be doing right now really.

Alot of vitamins can take a few months to work. So worth takng them a few months before you start trying. Obviously folic acid very important. Vit b good also. I would probably start taking prenatal vitamins about 3 moths before you start trying.
