Just wondered if you're still here and how you're doing, I was on your TTC after MC thread a while back...

Bramblina - thanks for asking about me.
Well after giving up on the whole TTC lark and having an appointment booked for the 12th Jan at a fertility clinic to explore options I supsiringly got a BFP last Friday. Never in a million years was I expecting that !!
The weirdest thing is that I managed to get the result on the exact same day that I started to m/c last year - so I am seeing it as a great sign that this was meant to be!!
I am very nervous obviously so am going to concentrate on just getting through the next 3 weeks and then am going to go for an early scan.

How are you getting on ?

I have tears for you, I am so delighted! Would you believe I also found out I was pregnant a year to the day of my mc! All the luck in th world for you. I also got early scans for this pregnancy and it really helped, I relaxed so much and all went swimmingly. We're doing brilliantly thanks, DS is now just over 5 months and just had his first solids last week, I was so excited! Just got the last of my maternity pay this week and couldn't imagine leaving ds, no amount of money is worth it to me at the mo, he's changing so much. I enjoy every single minute of him, when it took so much heartache to get him, it really makes you appreciate everything so much. I'm sure you'll be the same! Oh I'm so happy for you, let me know how the scan goes and the pregnancy. Take it easy!

Bramblina - really you found out a year to the day also ?? WOW - am taking it as a great sign then!!

September - that seems such an eternity away though!
Am going to go for an early scan on the 25th Jan so am looking forward to getting that out of the way.
Did you go for an early scan? If so how many weeks?

I got scans at 7, 9, 11 and 14 wks. Saw heartbeat at 7, not much more at 9, good baby shape at 11 and a fantastic spine at 14. The due dates each one gave me were 04/08 at 7wks, 03/08 at 9wks, 02/08 at 11wks and 31/07 at 14wks, they went by the 11wk scan as they said that was the most reliable, however my own date had been 04/08 and that was when he arrived! I had a brilliant pregnancy, I hope you do too, and boy do the weeks fly by, not many people say that but I think if you enjoy being pregnant and are grateful for it, it's wonderful. How are you feeling at the moment?

Its a beautiful place, but they decided to change the immigration laws the day after we got here so we cant get visas, were coming home on the 25th, im not to upset, i like it here but i miss my family. My sisters due to give birth anytime im stoked im going to beable to see the new baby. How are you getting on?

Good thanks had a promotion at work thanks which changes things for me as its a senior position,ive just posted a new topic to say im going to start ttc again from Feb as feel better from having a break since Sept good luck Charlee may you get your bfp this year,your sisters pg has flown by i remember when you first told us all,Hope your sis goes on ok ((hugs))
