TTC - missed period after tooth extraction?

Basically, my hubby and I have been trying for a baby since March and I have been regular as clockwork. I conceived in August but then had an early miscarriage - which no one was very helpful about, no information or advice, nothing. I've had 2 periods since but now I am on day 36 and no period, so about 10 days late for me. I did a test and its negative.
I know stress can cause missed periods but I've had deaths, weddings and a relocation all in the past year or two so I can't imagine that having my wisdom tooth out has caused this?
Anyone have any experience of something like this?
Thanks :)

I wouldn't worry about it too much if it's a one-off, personally - different stresses affect us differently, and it's just one of those things. It could even be the culmination of a stressful year. If it becomes a regular occurrence I'd see a GP, but in the meantime I'd relax and wait for either AF or a belated BFP :)
