Where is my period?

The thread title says it all!

I haven't been on the pill for 3 years. Periods very regular - every 28 days. Have been TTC. Can feel ovulation.

Then...

Cycles started to get shorter... August 25th, September 20th and October 14th was the date of my LMP. Had EWCM and ovulation pains the following Friday - to be expected in order to have 14 days luteal phase to match the previous 25 day cycle.

So according to 25 day cycle I should have been due on Tues Nov 8th, according to "usual" 28 day cycle, Friday 11th November.

But...

Nothing, nada, zilch. Negatives on 300 different sorts of pregnancy tests. Still no sign of period. Symptoms before last couple were really sore breasts. Have had nothing of the sort this time.

Any ideas? When should I go the doctors to ask for help?!

How long have you been TTC? It is possible that you either ov'd later than you thought or perhaps not at all! But......could be a shy bean and just not producing enough hcg yet!

Been actively TTC for the last 6 months. I know I ovulated, all the signs were there!
Frustrating, just wish I knew one way or the other.

hey i seem to be on the same boat had my lmp on 23rd sep and am 33 yrs have a 13yr old dd tested neg hpt when i was three weeks late.......have had dizziness nausea am very scared to test agsin as dont want to see another neg but have a feeling i am preg....please help me stay sane

I came off the pill 6monts ago so af isnt that regular but this one is def an odd month my last af was on 28th Sep so i assumed af would be about 26th oct which didnt come so i did one of the cheapie internet test which i thought i got a bfp but after doing several others over a couple of days they came back as bfn anyway on 29th oct i had really bad af pains so assumed af would appear at some point the next day, the next day when i went to the toilet i had some pink stuff when i wiped (sorry tmi) and that was it i also had the same on the monday but nothing since. On thurs and fri this month i have had af pains agin but still no af this is day 53!!!!

I have been feeling exhausted all the time and peeing alot and feeling slightly sick on and off!!!!

Am so fed up with it at the min!!!

Imustbecrazy have you tested again? It is possible to bleed slightly even when pg, it could have been some breakthrough bleeding! I can sympathise with you, my last cycle was 77 days long , so know exactly how fed up you all must be feeling!!!

I would test again and if nothing then see your GP, that's what i did and they took some blood. Have just got the results and need to go back to see my doc about them!!!

no I haven't tested for bout two weeks I think and haven't got any in the house maybe I will do one in the week!

Is there something wron with your test results then?

Yeah not sure what it all means but quite concerned i'm not ov'ing and potentially have PCOS! Time will tell!

Gutted for all of you that it's not just me suffering. DH thinks the testing people have put out duff tests this month to make some money!

Well I think I am going to get a test and do one after work ad put my mind at rest either way! I had no sleep last night wondering!

hi want to test again but just cant get to do it will be 8 weeks in two days if i am preg mustbe will be waiting for your update maybe a positive will give us some encouragement

I haven't tested yet waiting for them to be delivered am on day 56 today so after today it will be my longest cycle

Can I join in too? I'm in a similar situation. Last cycle was 38 days. This cycle is 49... at least 11 days late but 3 HPTs say BFN. Before then I was on the pill.

I thought I might wait until the weekend to test...totally know what you mean about not sleeping!

Still no period and still negative on tests. Have resorted to white towels and sheets and still nothing!

Have a doctors appointment to further encourage it to arrive!

I know how you feel - it's totally maddening! just had very light brown blood, but nothing like a period, tested a couple of times and both negative... thought maybe it's implantation...the timing is also a week late for my MP.... how much longer do I have to wait? just want to know one way or the other!

Hi there, im in limbo here too.

Not sure when AF is due as i stopped recording it on the calender or diary some months ago.

I estimate that it was due either yesterday or today and its not here, but i could be wrong.
No idea whats going on. Its making me feel ill though now and i dare not do a test. I have said that i will wait till Saturday, if still no AF, i will do a test.
Trouble is, im feeling sick, sore boobs, tummy pain, tired and feeling rough.
Scared to DEATH.

I'm late too :( only 4 days though!!! Have got BFN on test I did......really sore boobs, I feel really aware of them, a tiny bit of spotting but no AF. Am waiting for it to arrive as need my ovulation blood test on day2-4 of AF, which at this rate will fall over the weekend!!

Anyone got any updates? Are we all still in limbo or has AF arrived? Or perhaps some BFPs?

still here its officially two months now since my last af hubby is convinced that i am preggo but need to see that bfp dont know how long will we have to wait

gnomi i am not really sure dont have the courage to see a negative hubby says see a gyn but am in a foreign country and no insurance he wants me to go but i am reluctant....dont know what to do
