TTC baby #1 - just come off pill

Hi

I'm a complete newbie here so apologies if this has been asked before.

I came off the pill at the weekend (noriday) and now trying for baby #1 :-)

On Monday though I then started to bleed and now have basically old blood since then, it's not a lot but enough to think about using liners just in case - has anyone else been on Noirday before and experienced this? (I had a period the week before)

I'm concerned about bleeding because keep thinking - bleeding will mean no ovulation and no practicing unless I want extra washing!

I do have an appointment made with the Dr next week but just thought I would ask incase someone else has experienced this

Anyway, back to TTC, I have been to the pharmacy and got some folic acid which I need to start taking, is there anything I can do other than the obvious eat healthy?

I was on the pill for quite a few years before I stopped takin it and fell pregnant with my Son (within a couple of months!). It wasnt Noriday but I found exactly the same, if I missed a few pills or stopped takin it for another reason I would still have a 2nd bleed. When I stopped takin the pill for good, I had a bleed and like you had already had one shrotly before - Its nothin to worry about! Its just your body sortin itself out but if you feel you want to talk to your Dr then do :) As I mentioned I fell pregnant with my first Son within a couple of months, I just went with the flow..let nature take its course :) Dont worry yourself because stress dont help!
