I'm back! Away for a couple of days has made me stop counting the days. AF due tomorrow and am now symptom free which makes me think its on its way as I don't usually suffer. Nevermind the bus trip is kinda interesting but am keen to get to my stop sometime soon. x

Don't be weired out about the baby names although I get where you're coming from. Even though we have two I often wonder if we're going to be lucky enough to have another. It's strange naming a baby im not even pregnant with yet.

Time to soak up wine with a chinese.....

I kind of explained on fb, but I just feel quite uncomfortable discussing names with DP still. I'm not totally sure why. I managed to have an "in theory" general chat about name types, but I didn't mention any that I like.

I think I'm almost worried about coming across some kind of psycho broody monster for even having thought "that's a nice name". That's a hangover from my ex I think.

Saying that, DP is quite the opposite - wants to chat about names he likes today for some reason! I still find it weird how comfortable DP discussing things like weddings and babies.... again, that's left over from the ex....

Hello, I'd like to join this thread please.

I'm 29 and ttc #1. I came off the pill at the end of August but didn't really swi that month because I was on anti-malarials. So we started properly this month. But my cycles seem to be really irregular - 38 days for the first and 45 for this one! I poas'd this morning but BFN. My cycles were fairly regular before I was on the pill - been on the pill for just over 2 years - around 31 days. How long does it take for your cycle to return to regular?

I'm not sure I'm too much help on cycles, but I came off the pill at the end of September, and seem to be pretty regular now. Last cycle was 28 days. I think it can take around 3 months for everything to settle, longer if you were on the pill for a while... I was only on it around 3 or 4 months this last time, so I think my cycles have settled a bit quicker...

ok, quick question; do you always get EWCM when you OV? Haven't noticed it (yet) this month but got a positive on an opk on Thurs. Can you get a false positive?

I never get ECWM. Don't think it's possible to get a false positive on an OPK. The pic you posted looked very positive Hun. Am sure it was .

I think it was positive too. Is there a chance we missed our window though (in your professional opinion!)? Definite positive Thurs eve, very light positive Fri morning, swi Fri night and Sat morning....?

In my expert opinion I think you ovulated Friday noon-ish if it was that darkly positive Thursday night and not as dark Friday morning. So I actually think you hit the proverbial nail on its proverbial head

I started SS from day 1 I would like to share my madness with you as I record everything - this is word for word what I wrote down as I was SS...

1 dpo = nothing
2 dpo = nothing
3 dpo = peeing a lot
4 dpo = no fucking symptoms at all (I was obv hormonal that day! )
5 dpo = bit of cramping but don't feel pg at all
6 dpo = lots of tugging / pulling sensations, boobs maybe a bit diff?
7 dpo = slight cramp in morning then nothing, feeling of fullness?
8 dpo = bfn, don't think i am preg at all
9 dpo = dream about BFP, 2 hours later there was the light pink line
10 dpo = clearblue digital says pregnant!!!!
