Hi girls I just wondered if anybody had any help or advice....I have been TTC for 2 half years and have never had a bfp. After and year or trying had tests and then after two years they found I had servered endometriosis and where my tubes were stuck to my bowel and twised. I had the op in Aug this year which the surgeon said cleared everything. Before the top my progesterone tests were always low even though I did used to get peak days on the CBFM. However since the op where they said they cleared everything I had done the sticks with the monintor for two months and I just get 10 days of highs and no peak...do you think I am ovulating? (Last month I did have a blood test which showed my progesterone as 36.7 which is normal....I really thought after the op that I might have a bit of miracle and get a bfp but no chance. Do you think I should go back to my doctor and tell him that the sticks are not showing a peak??

p.s just for those DH with a low sperm count my hubbys was quite low on his first test so he was on the pre conceived tablets plus selenium, iron, zinc and vit c for 3 months and when he went back it was really high and normal so the tablets do work (he smokes aswell)

anyway any advice?? x

given the amount of time you have been trying and the fact you have had the operation, I think going to the doctors about your cbfm results would be a very good idea. perhaps ask for an ultrasound to see what is going on with your ovaries?

According to my gynae a day 21 progesterone level of 30+ means you are ovulating (and some gynaes accept lower levels).

After 2.5 years though, it is time to follow up with your dr.

Thank girls I appreciate your comments, the first 2 years it never happened because of the endo and twisted tubes so really its only been 3 months. being clear so i think im just getting impatient...think I will ask for an ultrasound to see what is happening
