Hi ladies, can anyone recommend a vitamin supplement for DH? He has a good sperm count but lots of 'abnormal' swimmers. He is already taking zinc, but if anyone can recommend a product that'd be great! Thanks in advance.

I'm not in the UK so I can't recommend a brand to you but we were told that DH should take a multi-vitamin that included the following things:

Zinc
Vit A
Vit C
Vit D
Vit E
Selenium
Folic acid

So we found a multi vitamin that had the highest concentration of these. I have also heard that Pine Bark is supposed to be good for improving morphology. I think you can buy Pine Bark supplements at Holland and Barratt.

There are a few his 'n' her conception vitamins around ie/ Pregnacare (Wellmans) and Sanatogen do them so does Zita West (but £ although cheaper on other sites)

Dh had 3% morphology and cut down booze, caffeine and took well man, pine bark and extra vitamin c. 8 weeks later it was 7%. it does change! He's now swimming and eating really healthily and 5 months on, I'd be interested to see what it is now. The motility also went up loads. If the count is high then consultant says it offsets morphology too. Good luck!

Our consultant recommended Natural Health Practice Fertility Plus (get them off the website). He said that none of the off the shelf tablets contained sufficient doses. He also said to take lycopene and garlic supplements.
