on pill with 4 month old baby, could I be pregnant again???

Maybe I am being paranoid but really not sure. What with baby coming along I have not been as organised as would normally. Didn't pick up repeat of pill and ended up having unprotected sex with partner around 3 days after I was due to restart after the weeks break. This was a week ago. Anyway, it is surely too early to have pregnancy signs? But I have come across really tired and feel sick too, much like how I felt about 8 weeks into last pregnancy...

Also, out of interest, is a pill bleed a sign you aren't pregnant the same was a normal mestrual cycle would be? Or because it is artifically brought on by stopping pill for 7 days is it not quite the same??

Also, if I was pregnant without knowing, and restarted pill what would the risks be?

Sorry, I probably sound like a 14 year old! A bit confused though!

I can't help much, but I do remember being told by a GP that once you're pg, taking the pill won't harm the foetus. I do think it's far, far too soon for symptoms though - it's unlikely to even have implanted yet.
